The dreaded brown envelope arrived saturday morning 5 weeks after submission date. Wife was petrified to open it. However we were over the moon to find she had been placed into support group without need for medical. Without any doubt would never have succeeded with claim without the excellent and comprehensive information ìn your site. So glad ì subscribed. Will admit ìt was certainly not easy and ì spent between 2 and 3 hours each evening for 4 weeks compiling a comprehensive history of my wife's condition until ì was happy with the final draft and also had an excellent medical report from my wifes doctor for a fee of £15 which was certainly worth getting to submit with the vast amount of evidence we submitted to atos and dwp. Had also insisted for tape recorded interview of any possible medical assessment (due to bad experience at a previous medical my wife had years ago for DLA which we had to go to a tribunal appeal and won overturning an initial decision not to award DLA) and to be carried out by female doctor / nurse. Rung dwp this morning and told next review will be ìn 18 months. PIP transfer next hopefully not for review until oct 2015, you have been a life line with your web site. Thanks a million benefits and work.
