I wrote some weeks ago about my DLA being reviewed.I have been on it for a long time ,then it was taken off me.I wrote on here I was going to throw the towel in ,you advised me to appeal it .I did and heard nothing until Sat morn ,I opened the letter to state we have looked again at the facts and evidence we used to make our decision ,as a result we have changed the decision.

Help with getting around (high rate) for an indefinite period Indefinite period means your award will continue unless there is a change of award.

Help with personal care (highest rate) this went up from middle and they back dated money from the date I signed the review form.

Does this mean that I will be put on PIP without any more paper work and stay on it I am under 65 yrs of age

I would like to say a massive thank you to your site as if I did not join it I would not have processed in the way I did.Thanks

People on indefinite DLA awards will not be 'invited' to apply for PIP until at least 2015. So you should not hear from anyone until then - unless you are selected for review under the Right Payment Program
