I would like to thank the site for all the information you provide, this has enabled me to submit my claim for transfer from WRAG to Support Group on reconsideration.
I filled in ESA50 transfer from Incapacity Benefit to ESA in May 2012. Transferred to ESA WRAG June 2012 without a medical. Appealed decision July 2012, and received confirmation. After numerous phone calls to check on the situation I was told there was a huge backlog and I just had to wait. On 13 March 2013 I was telephoned by the Appeals Manager to say they had lost all of my paperwork! Could I provide copies? If so I would Be "Fast Tracked" through the system. Thankfully I had numerous copies of everything. "Fast Tracking" took until 23 April 2013 when I received letter to say they had looked at the decision again and the rates I was being paid had changed, but no mention of which group I was now in. Telephoned them to be told I am in Support Group for 2 years. Requested written confirmation of this, which I have received today!
