I B to ESA Support group!! no face to face was created by Astana
Been reading posts and the detailed Guides for 18 months,so I was hopeful

but not confident..BUT YES ! when my friend brought up my shopping last Fri. she also

brought up the dreaded brown envelope....I was shaking as I read it ...and at bottom page 1

it said I was in Support Group.
I sent sup.evidence as you advise with the esa 50 and repeated myself loads filling it in.

Don't know how long for,I'll have to get the ESA 85a I think it is.

It is the ESA85 if you had a face to face and the ESA85A if you did not.
