Thank you for the help. You helped me through Tribunal 2 years ago when I was awarded Middle Rate Care and Higher Rate Mobility. Now you have helped me through renewal and I have been awarded Higher Rate Care and Higher Rate Mobility indefinately.

Hi G,
As you now have indefinite awards of DLA, you should not be invited to claim PIP until after October 2015.

That is good news, thank you for letting us know.
As you have an indefinite award of DLA, you will not start the process of converting to PIP (if you are currently over 16 and below 65) until at least 2015
