Good afternoon team!!
Well I was preparing for an appeal because I didn't believe I would succeed the second time around from transferring from IB TO ESA, which did not involve a medical but was put straight into the SG.
Once again after doing the form and sent off 30 additional sheets I am still in the SG!! As my form was due back 28th December 2012 I did mention that consultants letters would not be available on time and added all the information of the hospitals and consultants they needed to talk to, should they need to, to get all the information to clarify my claim.
I didn't realise when checking the ESA form that I had indeed, forgot to include my doctors name and address!!! and thought, oh well too late, but was sure they could find out from previous records if they needed it.
My consultants letters arrived last week so for this reason I didn't expect to be placed back into the SG.
Once again, I have read all I could about appeals on here, and now I don't have to. The guides have been a great resource for me and have helped me every step of the way. Knowing how hard it is to put these guides together , well all can say is thank you very much without them I know I would be lost. So thanks!!!!
