Pip review succes

I received the new pip review form which was started being issued in August I returned this form in early September. I have been waiting for the dreaded assessment and to my delight I received my brown envelope today no assessment and my award extended from sept 2019;to November 2022. Thank you benefits and work I followed your advise to the letter.

Hi there Simon may I ask did you send in evidence and if so what and in what format please?
I simply answered each question with "there has been no change" and said that they could contact my health professionals for evidence.
I,ve received the Capita letter to say it will be assessed and I may get a F2F or I may not but I now think I should send in some evidence of my own such as the fact I have a blue badge now and that my medication has slightly increased but I just don't know how to go about writing it all out in a good way.
Any advice would be great

Can I ask was this you transferring from DLA to PIP?
And also what information did you send which maybe helped avoid a medical.
I am in the middle of moving from DLA to PIP for the first time and really stressed.
