I can not stress how grateful i am to this site, the guide and in particular to Gordon who answers all your questions promptly. He should be knighted. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. I have received enhanced daily living and enhanced mobility for an ongoing period. Not sure what that means? After reading all the horror stories i have been preparing myself for a waste of time mandary considerationand appeal but thankfully i dont need to do that. The only advice i can give for thkse having to go through this is sign up to the site, read the guidance many times and relate all the desciptor to your daily life. It is going to be an undignifying, physical and emotional challange but we have no other choice to push through it like we do everyday of our lives. Good luck everyone.

A huge congratulations on the award.
An On-Going award is the longest award that you can receive for PIP with a review not earlier than ten years, also this should be a "light-touch" review rather than the normal Review, although we do not have details of what this actually means.

I have some what calmed down from the shock of my enhanced awards to read my letter fully. Just one question, the letter says they will pay me #### on the 5th November and that is money they owe me from 10th October to 4th November. My letter is dated 12th September. I knew i would be paid in arrears and i must be missing something but cant work out what has happened to the money from the award date to 10th October.

Even I struggle with benefit payments and particularly PIP but I think 12 September to 10 October is four weeks, PIP is paid four weekly in arrears.
