Thank you for your help re Esa review assessment was created by lild
Hi Thank you again for the help and the advice guides here, hubby received letter today and has been placed in the Support Group after an assessment.
So it's just his pip now, we're waiting for the form to fill in.
Re pip
They asked on the phone if we wanted any DLA evidence to be considered, I wasn't sure when he did the last DLA form or if they would have anything relevant on there anyway.
Question
Would the esa assessment with health care professionals be any use for evidence towards supporting his claim for pip? I need to see what's written first and the points.
Thanks

Nothing on this board constitutes legal advice - always consult a professional about specific problems

Congratulations on the award, well done.
You can use the ESA reports to assist with a PIP claim, but even where there are overlaps the criteria can still be quite different so you must explain the relevance of the report for it to have value for the PIP claim.

3 down 1 to go
My DLA to pip, my esa, hubby's esa, so only his DLA to pip to go.
It's been 1yr 2months stress up to now, we just need some peace to concentrate looking after ourselves
