Congratulations on the win, well done.
I'm afraid the DWP have the same right of appeal as you wife does, they cannot take the matter further because they disagree with the Decision, only because they believe there was an Error of Law in the making of it.
In reality this is rare. Any request to take it further must be made within one month of the hearing.
It usually takes the DWP 5-8 weeks to process a Tribunal result, I would check with the DWP to ensure that they have received the Decision Notice.
