Not sure if this is the right place to post this but I just wanted to say a big thank you.
I've been worried sick about DLA - PIP transfer for the past few years, biggest concern was loosing my motability vehicle as this would actually prevent me from working.
This site has been a great help, I'm not sure how I would have coped without it and I recommend it to anyone that is worried about benefits.
I had my assessment yesterday, it seemed to go very well, the assessor was polite and seemed genuine. She said I should expect a decision within 2-4 weeks. She said I should't worry and that even though any award is for a set time she said it was obvious my condition would only get worse in the future.
I feel very positive and relieved even though I have not received the final decision yet.
