DLA to PIP success

I like to thank you for your guides to pip which helped me to do a full impact health report on my transfer from dla to pip. Medical went well making sure I got my health issues across to the HCP and when the letter came 2 weeks later I was glad to see I received 10 years ER care and mobility.

I would advise anyone to read the guides and think through how you can use the information to improve your answers to the questions but also remember good evidence from HCP consultants and doctors is always a must to back up your claim and always keep a diary of all your appointments with anyone dealing with your health.
