I was on enhanced rate, Atos medical May 2015, award withdrawn September 2015 , took jt all the way, and although I crumbled into an emotional blubbering snotty wreck I managed to get through it and awarded standard rate there and then. If it was not for this site, fb oage, guides , and help from disability north with submission it would have been too overwhelming to deal with..... Thank you so much ...

Hi lh,
Congratulations on your PIP Appeal success !!
I would allow 4-8 weeks for the Tribunal's Decision to be actioned by DWP, but it could be quicker !
If you have heard nothing by the 4-5 weeks mark you could contact them to give them a nudge !!
The more arrears owed to you, the longer it may take !
Thanks for the positive feedback regarding B&W !!
