PIP after Mandatory reconsideration. was created by nickbarton
Applied for PIP for my 16 YO autistic son. Got enhanced care for 2 years, no mobility. the decision was that he had no communication problems despite his EHCP saying his primary problem was severe communication problems. Had filled in the Ap following the guide lines that you give.

Asked for a mandatory reconsideration backing it up with letters from his previous and current schools. Got enhanced care and enhanced mobility for 2 years 10 months?

Thanks you for your guides. I am sure we would have struggled without them.

Hi
That is good news.
Most MRs just rubberstamp the original decision so always great to hear of success without needing to appeal again.
