ESA. Got in Support Group No FtF was created by Starry Sky
Hello All
This is my first post. Thank you for your great website, guides, and all mods.
I had been on ESA CB and was eagerly! awaiting my renewal. It arrived on January 8th, I completed it, and enclosed 71 pages of consultant reports, and GP evidence. Sent back Royal Mail Special Delivery, on January 18th.
I phoned the medical assessment centre this afternoon. The gentleman told me my claim had been looked at, and they were not sending me for a face to face assessment. He said they had sent the recommendation to the DWP for me to be put into Support Group.
What a great relief.
Now waiting for my invitation for PIP, currently on HRM and HRC.
Thanks again to B + W.

Hi SS,
Even though this looks like "Good News" !!
You cannot be a 100% sure that you have been placed into The SG until you receive The ESA SG Decision Notice letter from DWP through the post.

*** Update ***
Have been put in the ESA Support Group for 3 years
Thank you again to all the mods, and the advice from the guides.
An awful feeling living in dread of the brown envelope. It is well worth sticking at it and going to appeal if necessary.
Good luck everyone.
Now just got to wait for my PIP "Invitation".
