kazc59 wrote: Just to let everyone know that thanks to the guides and advice from Gordon, I have been successful at Mandatory Reviews for my son. He has been awarded enhanced rate mobility and care for PIP, and a telephone call this morning to say he has been awarded ESA support group. I believe this is down to the detailed information we submitted for both the PIP and ESA original decisions. ( 5 pages for each plus 12 pages of diaries!!) Just awaiting the ESA confirmation in writing to see where points awarded, as we challenged the "virtual wheelchair " test. Will post again when received. many thanks for all the information.
Hi k59,
Many congratulations on your son's successful PIP MR resulting in Enhanced awards for "both" and news this morning of his ESA SG Award !!
The ESA SG Award Decision Notice letter that you should receive will not give any details regarding how and why he was placed into The SG, nor will it give the recommended period before reassessment. (The Prognosis)
See : This Post.
Thanks for your kind comments regarding B&W !
I am sure that Gordon, as with all of us, will be very pleased that he could help !!
