esa support group contribution based. was created by garet bale.
I won my appeal for esa and i was placed in support group based on the evidence from my doctors and i want to thank you to benefits and work for helping me with the information i needed as i found helpful when i appealed against the decision of getting 0 points. I wan the appeal with no points awarded but due to my neurological condition (transverse myelitis.) When i arrived for my appeal the decision was on the table and the judge told me i won my appeal.
-can anyone please tell me how will be affecting me for housing benefit as i am in support group contribution based esa.
Thank you!

Congratulations on winning your appeal.
I'm sorry but we do not deal with Housing Benefit on the forum as each Local Authorities rules are different, I would suggest you try and get local advice by doing an internet search for "welfare advice" with your postcode, town or county.
If you have already qualified for HB then I would not expect it to be affected by your being moved to the SG, but cannot state this for certain, however, if you qualify for HB then this would suggest that you would also qualify for Income Related ESA and the payment of the Enhanced Disability Premium which you are eligible for by now being in the SG.
ESA(IR) is dependant on your household income, your savings and assets, and any hours that your partner works. See
Asset rule for ESA(IR)
24 hour work rule for ESA(IR)
If you think you would qualify you should contact the DWP and request an ESA3.
