A big big thanks, have emailed you, as I did successfully get PIP enhanced for both mobility and daily living using your invaluable guidance for descriptors and ftf medical assessment. No-one should go through any of these processes without you! I am currently waiting for MR from WRAG to SG (deteriorating health )which has been a fiasco since October, correspondence not getting there, not accepting medical evidence, and now sending everything back in "signed for" with new medical evidence. I just wonder if now that I have been awarded PIP both at the higher rates, this will help with my request to be moved into the SG. I have had no ESA since beg of Dec as my Contrib ESA ran out and they are still dealing with my I/R ESA as my partner is self employed and we had to get accounts. He only works a few hours anyhow as he looks after me!

Hi Lindylou,

That's great news regarding your PIP decision! Thanks for letting us know and for your kind words about B+W :)

I hope you get good news about your ESA soon. There is little crossover between PIP and ESA, the PIP decision might help depending on which descriptors you met and whether they correlate to any of the Support Group descriptors.

Many thanks, although these processes are very stressful and I am sure it is the same for everyone, in that it impacts on our health, your guides and support certainly have kept me going over the last few months. I am hopeful ESA will look at the PIP medical report as the descriptors are the same.

You could always send a copy of the report to the ESA decision maker and point out the parts that support your claim.

:) THE GOOD NEWS CONTINUES....thank you Mrs Hurtyback and Gordon....I heard today, although no brown envelope as yet.. I have been placed in the Support Group. Cannot tell you the relief that finally its all done and with the best possible outcome for both ESA and PIP. Its been a long road with months of stress, form filling, medical assessments, none of which I could have possibly have done without your guides, wording of descriptors, and using the "but" and "reliably" words. I could have not achieved this without B+W. You all do a wonderful job and provide a truly valuable service. THANK YOU
