It's been a while since I've posted on the Forum, But then it's also taken DWP nearly a year to come to a decision on my friends ESA50 form which she filled out with the help of the "FANTASTIC" moderators, her words not mine, LOL.
We filled out her ESA in September 2014
This naturally made her more stressful and flared up her condition of "Fabro", depression etc, the not knowing was really "killing" her.
However, she received the dreaded envelope yesterday informing her that she is in the "Support Group" for 2 years from June 2014. Fantastic news and a Big Thank You.
My Husband was to be reviewed in July 2014 after being in the S/G for 2 years, still not heard anything. He is still receiving his payments but the stress of "not knowing" is really effecting his health and he has heart problems.
I've been reading that re-assessments are on hold at present, have you any more news/advise??

We filled out her ESA in September 2014, sorry I meant 2013 . Heard absolutely nothing, made loads of phone calls to Atos, only for the staff to read out the same scrip, that her file was in the process of going through the system.

We have no further updates on this.
We have had a few members who have received an ESA50 for reassessment this year, since the deferrals started.
Feedback from here and other sites would indicate that quite a lot of ESA claimants have not received an ESA50 for reassessment as expected, and we are still hearing from members who are in receipt of IB, IS or SDA and have not, or are only just being transferred over to ESA.
I have advised that members keep a Pdf version of their ESA50, and update it regularly to help ease time constraints when they receive the ESA50 through the post.
As the deferrals where only done as an amendment to operational procedure, ESA reassessments could start again to schedule without the DWP making any kind of announcement.
As far as we are aware, there are still huge backlogs with ESA Assessments/Reassessments, although this will obviously have regional variations.
