Thank you, for all the help and advice for filling out the form, but one thing I'm puzzling over is that the award period is only for 7 months, between April and November.
Is this because I've been awarded Contributions based ESA, or should I expect to have another assessment in November?

Hi LD,
Congratulations on The SG Award !!!
Thanks for letting us know.
The SG Award Decision Notice letter does not include the recommended length of the award (The Prognosis) before reassessment.
The November date that you speak of is purely for admin purposes and is tied in with the payment of the Xmas Bonus (the first pay week of December)
To find out the prognosis of The SG award you can ring the 0845 number on the letter, they should have it on their computer screens.
If you have any problems obtaining this or want further documented proof, you can follow the information on my previous post : Here.

It doesn't seem like the award period is very long.

Hi LD,
As previously advised, The SG Award Decision Notice letter that you speak of does not include the prognosis of your SG award.
The November date is for admin purposes only.
To find out the prognosis, you will have to do as I have advised in my previous post.
