my appeal was at 10 am, it was a totally different scenario today than the last time, both the judge and doctor were courteous and kindly, and although i still had to put my appeal forward they really listened. thanks to this wonderful site and the helpful moderators i had the best of medical evidence from my gp and cfs team which concentrated on the descriptors not the illness. the relief was so much that my fiance who has supported me throughout broke down in tears. i hope this brings hope to those in the same situation, dont give up!
it still hadnt sunk in yet
thank you again at B and W

Once the DWP have processed the Tribunal Decision, give the office that deals with your claim and ask when you will be re-assessed, it is usually the prognosis.
