IB to ESA result after 6 month wait

I received a phone call yesterday from the DWP informing me that I have been placed in the support group. I don't know if it was the decision maker but she was very pleasant and said I was awarded support group for three years. I sent off the ESA50 last July (It's been at the back of my mind ever since) and wasn't called for a medical. The letter will probably come tomorrow brown envelopes always turn up on a Saturday.

I used the guides and sought some advice about medical evidence when completing the ESA so thanks to this site I have had the best possible outcome. My advice to others would be to organise and gain your medical evidence in advance of receiving the forms and then to tackle the form in stages. Doing this made it easier and not so daunting so may help others. Thank you once again to the site owner and the mods
