IB to ESA support group without medical was created by nutsella
I would like to thank the B&W as the ESA guideline were invaluable and helped me make sense of the ESA claim form. I received a call form the Decision makers yesterday to say I would be transfered over form IB to the ESA Support Group without a medical. The Decision maker did say that I had provided enough information for her to come to the decision I should be placed in the Support Group. To say I was surprised would be an under statement, I was actually speechless. I don't know how long or when i have to apply again, but i'm sure all will be explained in their letter to me.

I know my success is down to the step by step guidelines in the ESA section. I followed the ESA guidelines, each question i gave as much information as i could along with photo's, Letters from my Consultant and My GP.

Thank you once again Benefit & Work your hard work is much appreciated.

Hi n,

Well done on being placed into the SG without a "medical" :cheer:

It sounds like you provided a great deal of detail with your ESA50, which should always help.

With regards to how long you should get before being re-assessed, this will not be included in your ESA SG Award Notice letter.

You would need to see your ESA85A medical report which will include the "prognosis", you can request this from the DWP over the phone, there may also be an : ESA72 Form

See :

ESA Forms

ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

Thank you for letting us know, and for your positive comments Re : B&W.
