I also went from incapacity to esa, after filling in the form with the help of Benefits and Work guidence, and i'm now in the support group. I've began having support meetings with very understanding staff, which has helped me quash my fears of what i thought might have been a negative experience. But, alas, so far,i'm thinking it may benefit me in the future, with helping me with C.V's and keeping me in touch with what is 'going on'. They proved to be very helpful and empathetic to my condition(M S).I now understand that I will not be forced into employment and feel I am being listened to at this stage.
