Just to let you know, been chasing the JCP everyday to see status of Gl24 appeal to tribunal and to see if got med cert to reinstate payments. They had lost the Med cert which i as a carer took to the JCP for them to send as they told me to do. Today after a total of 8 phone calls this week, going up to higher level eachtime, got told that the person i care for has no need to get a new med cert as got esa, i asked which group told support group. I asked if sending letter they said yes. I hope there telling the truth, but to all out there dont give up keep at it, and yes the guides on here were very helpful even if had of failed, better than i would of done on my own. but 1 question do i have to cancel the appeal or will they do it ?
