Hi everyone,
I would like to thanks this website for it's invaluable advice. I was awarded 0 points at atos medical. I had my hearing exactly a year after, I won my appeal and was awarded 24 points. The whole hearing took about an hour.
The judge said I won my appeal, I got a letter and a bit confused, at the top it said I have limited capability for work and at the bottom it said The appellant does not have limited capability for work related activity.
If it happen I have to go for interviews how long does the interview last and how long does it take for them to send me for interviews? What happen at the interview? Help please ... Many thanks

Hi,

From the description of what it says in the letter, it would appear you have qualified for the Work Related Activity Group (WRAG) of Employment and Support Allowance.

As such you would be expected to attend Work Focussed Interviews although when the first would be is impossible to say as it seems there is local variation.

I will leave what happens at the interview to someone who has actually attended one and perhaps can give a first hand experience.
