I recently received the new DLA application form to fill out if I felt it still applied to my circumstances. I have been on a one year receipt of DLA that finishes in November. This time I filled the form in using the advise on your site. I took my time as suggested , sent it off and weeks later am now in disbelief , am now in receipt of the higher rate mobility, middle rate care andfor an indefinite period. I couldnt believe what I was reading. Many , many thanks for all your guidance and assistance I wouldn't have managed it on my own.

Brilliant news! There's been a lot of positive postings, and this is helping me to feel more positive. My form went off last week for renewal in December and I've yet to hear anything. I was refused 3 times before I got the help from B&W. I was then awarded LRC for 2 years, but had to go to a Tribunal when the Mobility component was refused. It wasn't until this point that I found out that the DWP had used an ancient report from when I claimed ESA as their basis for refusal. I hope this time round they will base their decision on something more up-to-date.
