ESA Tribunal Appeal 0 to 24 points in 20 minutes !

Suffered chronic neck, shoulder and arm pains for 4 years and actually paid off by the DWP (JobCentrePlus BDC) where I worked, on health grounds.
MRI scan/s showed advanced generative disc disease, scoliosis etc in cervical spine.
At WCA in August last year, assessor was 'kind enough' to award me 0 points for physical/mental descriptors, even though I was on high dose pain killers & anti-depressants.
At my appeal hearing today, it was stopped half way through, after just the physical part was complete. I was told there would be a short break and on being recalled, I was told that there was no need to proceed as I had already scored 24 points so far!
Without the help of this site, I would probably have thrown in the towel before now.
Never give in, no matter how hard it may seem at times and follow the advice etc from the members info etc!

Brilliant news, Chris. Thanks for sharing your success and your words of encouragement. I'm also starting from zero when I go into my tribunal hearing, so it's good to hear others have managed to 'accelerate' so fast. Careful you don't get a speeding ticket!
