:woohoo:hi all received letter to day regarding ESA appeal stating the appeals officer after 6 months has revised the decision on my case and that the new decision is a more favorable one.Thanks for all your help and information (sending in more info and hospital letters) one thing nagging me, didn't state in the letter y or how they came to that decision and how long before another esa form and medical will be up for revue Still cross that bridge when i get their once again thanks for your help much appreciated xxmarina

Congratulations on having your ESA claim reconsidered prior to an appeal.

The DWP should have informed you how your ESA payments were worked out, together with details into which group (WRAG or support group) you have been placed by letter, as it is a legal requirement. This is important should a claimant wish to appeal the revised decision.

You may wish to contact the DWP office which deals with your ESA claim to ask for a formal decision letter?
