I've not posted on the forum before, although I've been a member for a while. I just thought that I'd let everyone know that if you have had your ESA withdrawn, it is worth appealing. Last year, she had her ESA withdrawn after receiving 0 points as a result of the ATOS medical. We appealed this decision and the ESA was reinstated pending the appeal tribunal. Today we attended the tribunal and her appeal was upheld and she was awarded 15 points, with the Work Related Activity component. A great result.
Hopefully this will encourage those of you in a similar position. Don't give up and see it through as far as you need to.
