IB Tribunal success.

Yesterday i passed my IB tribunal,i failed my medical and had my IB stopped in late January,i have a serious back problem and was on IB for 15 years.The tribunal panel was made up of a doctor and a lawyer,they were very considerate and only asked a few questions,i had scored 9 points at my medical,3 for walking,the panel awarded me 15 points for walking and said i should have passed my medical and that it was ridiculous that i was at a tribunal,i told them that i had disagreed with a lot of the things the medical doctor had said in her report,the panel said that her name had been noted.Many thanks to the CAB and to your site.

Well done for sticking with it. It's becoming very clear from recent posts that getting the benefits you're entitled to is becoming even more of a feat of endurance as the Tribunals Service backlog grows ever more huge.
