I have just been transferred from Incapacity Benefit to the ESA Support Group and like many others would like to thank you for your excellent guides.
For the information of others the process took just under 2 months and no medical was required. (Manchester Area).
I submitted a large file of consultant and Doctors reports and a covering letter explaining why I thought I qualified for the support Group on two of the descriptors. I thought this may have been a bit cheeky but it worked. I now have the ESA85a with a review date of 3 years.
This is my first post as I've been a silent observer for some time. Just thought I'd let you all know it is possible.
