Hello folks
Thank you for all that you do - you should be given funding by the NHS for preventing more serious illnesses caused by the stress and worry for all of us having to go through these callous "judgements" by people who have no understanding or will to try. I am truly thankful to you all.
Just a quick query - following being placed in the support group based on the pre-28thJanuary 2013 criteria what info will be required next time please? Is it the new form with page 20 re:cancer or will it be another form as they have all of my historical information anyway. Incapacity Benefit required a periodical form asking about any changes to your situation/condition - will this not be sufficient (I presume not). Thank you for all of your much needed support - it is invaluable.Incidentally I am not receiving my newsletters again - it happened before and then they resumed but this has gone on for some time now - can you help please.

We are not aware of any pending changes to the ESA legislation so it will be the 01/13 version of the ESA50, with the cancer questions, but that does not mean that in a years time that it will still be this form.
ESA re-assessments are carried out in isolation from any previous assessment, this means that you cannot rely on ATOS or the DWP having access to any of the previous information that you have submitted, so each ESA50 has to be completed in detail and supported by evidence, even if that evidence has already been submitted.
The Newsletter is having a late summer break and has not been published for at least a month, I believe it is due to restart this month but the Moderators are not involved in its productions, so I do not have a definite date.
