Some time ago in my last post I was able to happilly report that with the help of this site I was able to transfer from IB to the ESA support group.

At the same time I was also required to complete my periodic DLA recalim which put me under a great deal of stress for quite some time. So much so that I almost did not send my DLA reclaim application in as I was convinced I would not succeed (even though it was completed). After a few days delay I sent it in but without a print out of prescriptions consultations etc from my doctor largely because I was averse to spending a few pounds for this from my doctor because I was so convinced my application would fail. After a few days I also sent this in.

The reason I mention the above is that I dont want anyone else to fall into the pit of apathy and fear and despair I fell into, NO MATTER HOW DOWN OR DOOMED TO FAILURE YOU THINK YOUR APPLICATION IS YOU JUST MIGHT BE WRONG. Any success this government has in tormenting the sick, disabled and unemployed peoplemust not be assisted by us not completing applications, or not going to humiliating faux medicals or failing to make appeals to tribunals, At the very least make the evil [Mod Edit] pay to fight you,at the end of the day it might not be the moral fair or right minded amongst us who stop this economic holocaust but the fact that not only are they paying the ATOS collaborators millions and millions but the fact they are paying three times i.e. paying ATOS, paying to fight tribunals, and then paying you your rightful benefits when you win.

MY RESULT, I have been re-awarded my DLA indefinately which is new for me (although I suppose a PIPS attack will be made in due course), I have recieved a higher amount which frankly astonished me, and there were further added benefits in respect of higher applicable amounts for both ESA and DLA in relation to Housing benefit and council tax and allowable savings in regard to the same.

Thanks again for the site and peoples help and I know sadly not everyone will have a good a result as I had but at please least fight the vermin that are doing this to the end.

Thank You Thank Thank You Benefits and Work

Many congratulations on the DLA award.

As the new award is indefinite, you should not expect to be asked to transfer to PIP before 2015, so hopefully you have at least a couple of years to enjoy your DLA.

Thanks Gordon I was going to ask about that as I thought I heard that receipients of Indefinate DLA awards were going to be attacked processed first, all for our own good of course.

I'm sure the two years will fly but I hope that PIPS will go away at some point.

Frankly I would be happy with half the amount if indefinate actually meant what it said and I could be left alone in peace from harrassment.
