I am so happy it unreal. Zero points to support group at tribunal. :woohoo:

The report by the HCP was awful so I included a complete transcript on paper in my appeal as I taped it using my phone and was quite happy to slip the recording in it into my appeal anyway. I also used the case law of CE 343 2011. against the evidence of the HCP which is a very good points in law and also used case law CE 2894 2011.

I had so much supporting evidence from my consultant at the Royal National Hospital for Rheumatic Diseases in bath it is unreal against the HCP comments that I could use a manual wheelchair. I may even report him to the nursing and midwifery council for giving made up comments.

After 12 months of worry and the collection of evidence I got a call from the tribunal saying that I did not need to attend the hearing today as my appeal was heard and granted in my absence and I have been awarded ESA support group for 2 years. I would imagine as my condition of CRPS is deteriorating that it will hopefully be easier to stay in this group.

Next hurdle will be DLA tp PIP.

A ”HUGE THANK YOU“ to all moderators and members on the site who aided me in this outcome
