Phone call today, support group. was created by michaeln2
Hello, my wife & myself were out today when the DWP called leaving a message stating that she has been placed in the support group for 2 years.
I sent the ESA form in to atos around the middle of august & she was on edge every day waiting for the phone call from them to attend an assesment. So it would appear that the information provided on the form was sufficient to enable them to grant an award with no medical.
Wife said that tonight will be the first for a long time that she will be able to sleep properly.
Many thanks to all on here & to the people who run the site for the guides.

Hi All - first post but thought I would let you know my wife had to return her ESA50 by 17/09/2012 and received call yesterday 24/09/2012 to tell her she is in the support group again for 3 years - must be a record!!
My ESA50 went in 2 weeks previous but no word on mine yet. My wife was already on ESA since 2009 but mine is a conversion from IB to ESA and I guess this will take longer as its like a new claim.
Used your guides on both forms and found them very helpful.
