Congratulations on the award.
On the basis that you don't believe you qualify for the Support Group, then your ESA(CB) will be limited to 365 days, after which and subject to your circumstances, you may then be eligible for Income Related ESA.
The date in November is not your next assessment date except by co-incidence, the reports available to you are explained in the following FAQ.
ESA medical – what forms to ask for?

Many thanks to B & W.I filled in my ESA50 using the guidance notes and have been placed in WRAG without having a medical. But I'm still suspicious about the speed with which this has been done. Form sent in by 29th.August, decision made by 13th.September! Is this a record? Maybe the DWP is just keen to get as many people onto ESA (CB) as possible without clogging up the Appeals Tribunals, because we'll be off the books after 365 days. With regards to payment, the decision letter states that the benefit amounts apply from 11th. October to 28th. November 2012. I know other people on the forum have queried this and assume that it is just a DWP admin. issue. As I am going to request a copy of the ESA85A ( to find out the so-called prognosis), would it be worth my questioning the date or should I just let sleeping dogs lie? Also, should I request a copy of LT54 as well?
Hi rc,
The November 2012 date is for admin purposes only.
With regards to requesting documents and reports, see this post from earlier today :

Have a look at the Appeals section here:
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/help-for-claimants/forum-faq
which includes how to lodge an appeal.
Or you may have a local benefits centre who can help you appeal.
Also information is found in the B&W Guides:
www.benefitsandwork.co.uk/employment-and...llowance/esa-appeals
Good luck
