1st ESA medical - straight into support group

Hi all,

I eventually had my long awaited Atos medical about 3 weeks ago. It was a long process after attending one previously and after being there for 5 mins, I was advised that it would be re scheduled due to having had some TIAs in the past.

I went along for my new medical which was very through, I was advised that it would take about 40 mins. After an hour I was still there, the doctor said he had to go and make a phone call. When he came back, he advised me that he had phoned head office and we could call the medical to an end as if he followed it right through it would take another 45 mins!

3 weeks later I had a letter to say that I had been placed in the support group. I would like to thank this site for the help and guidance and I am sure that without this I would not have had the same outcome.
