Won appeal was created by Ian
I won my appeal from no points to 18 ,why the sad face?Well its a trumatic experience ,it eats at you for weeks ahead and makes you despair. You wonder why you are going through with it all ,is that what they want?
I must admit I was relieved but sad that they can put you through this just to make the goverment figures happy in my book .
Thanks for all the tips and help on here.
How long do you have to wait for back 'payments '?Do you have to chase it yourself or is it automatic at a later date ? And thanks everyone who has posted on many subjects to guide and help others.

I am sorry that this has been such an ordeal for you, thank heavens it is over and you can relax for a while!
I am afraid I have heard that, like everything else at the moment, back pay is taking a while to come through.

Thanks for the replies its that kind oif forum .My advice to anyone whoi has a appeal read through this excellent site ask questions for help ,its here in bucketfulls.
I think what makes you more worried is outside you don't know where to go for help .The CAB is the start I think ,you can feel lost though in all this .
Thanks again
