I suffer Chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and severe chemical allergies plus had RSI and depression due to illness/not working. I still scored zero at the atos medical even though burns all over the face with allergies that day.
I do not know how to get to find a welfare officer. Went to the CAB today and they kept askign which descriptors apply to me. I am struggling with the cfs etc and other illnessess which i see you had because its applying the descriptors, knowing which one to fit them to because i spent two weeks on the form before the medical and still got zero so feel i have exhausted how to apply them so i would be so grateful for any tips. My Dr. is not sympathetic and sais unless ATOS ask they are not obliged to write letters and any report writing will incurr a cost to me added to which i feel if i pay for a letter will this stand up in court.
Did you use your CFS under 'exceptional circumstances' at all?
Thanking you in anticipation

Would be grateful for some help with descriptors. I was awarded zero points for employment and support suffering CFS,depression, fibromyalgia, severe allergies after industrial injury, the list goes on but what descriptors did you use for the ESA Appeal for cfs and depression?
My Dr. is horrible, refusing to write a letter as she wants paying and sais she is not obliged to do so unless ATOS write even though she saw me with facial burns with my allergies. The stress is alwful as the CAB today were useless, kept asking which descriptors applied to me, threw me a bit as i was led to believe this guy was a specialist, its knowing which to apply and he said it is not looking good for me ..
Did you use the exceptional circumstances rule?
Thanks

wendy wrote: Hello and sorry to perhaps disturb you because I think your email was over 3 years ago but if you are able to offer advice I would be grateful. My son has m.e. or cfs if you prefer and going through MR at monent and it is rare to come across someone with what I suppose we call a fluctuating illness on this website and even rarer to find one who got a good result. So if you are able and have the energy then I would very much like your advice but please only if you are able.Thank you
Hi w,
The likelihood of you receiving a response from Marc is pretty poor, as from looking at their profile : Here , the last time that they visited B&W was on12/04/12, nearly 4 years ago !!
