ESA support group without a face to face assess

Just received the news today i have been put into the Support Group for two years without having to endure a face to face assessment. last year using your guides I received Higher rate care and mobility. Just want to thank Benefit and Work so much, I couldn't have these results without following the guides. Thank you, thank you thank you
