i have been given back my dla HRM and MRC.
i would not have been able to do this without the wonderful help and support of all of you, especially the advice from the mods,so thank you from the bottom of my heart. The decision was made at reconsideration level.
I can keep my mobility car and not have the financial worries that exsisted when my DLA was stopped.
Wishing you all success of the same level.
Regards
Jackie.

Hi Jacqueline
What wonderful news and at reconsideration, without appeal tribunal too! Well done, so pleased for you being able to keep your car.
Thank you for letting us know and your kind comments about B&W.
Kindest regards
Michael

Great news for you. I have had Higher Rate Mobility and Middle Care for two years. Renewal came up and I filled in the forms but within 2 weeks they have said I am not entitled to anything. I cannot believe it and can't stop worrying about how I can survive without it. Please can you or anyone give me any advice. I've got 3 weeks left to appeal. Help please. Thanks Angela
