i have been transfrered from long term incapacity, (15 years),,.i recived the dreaded form, and fiulled it in with as much detailed information, (adding 15 pages off notes, consultant letters, O.Ts letter ect,.. the phone call was not, as i feared to arange a medical, but to inform me that i was being placed on to Eas, stright away, and on to the surport side, for 2 years massive relief, and big dark cloud, has lifted.. the guy on the phone told me he has to read from a script, and he would answer questions at the end, and if i wanted to appeall..
its a chippy tea tonight!!
Mike, great news, really pleased for you!!
What you having from the chippy, English or Chinese.

Congratulations on your success.
I have also been on Incapacity Benefit
for a long time, and sent my ESA50 back a month ago. As you probably know, its awful waiting to see if you have to go for a medical.
How long did you have to wait between sending back the ESA50 and getting a
decision?
Thanks

Yes, that month period is understandable, as maybe they have requested info from your G.P./Consultant, etc.
