ESA Tribunal-WRAG to Support Group

Hi all, have'nt been on for a while so for all those that remember me and all those that don't.
I was meant to be going to my tribunal this afternoon but got a phone call from the clerk at the appeal court this morning and said the case had been looked at and after reading the submission faxed over from the Law Centre the case has gone im my favour and I had won and she would be putting letter in post today' so into the support group I go how great is that.

I am over the moon, did'nt sleep at all last night and will be having a little nap soon.

I was let down by the C. A .B office 3weeks ago and had to try the Law Centre. the lovely WRO said he would do the submissiom for me and come to the Tribunal with me. He faxed over my submission so they could have time to read it and it done the trick. I had already sent lots of letters' statments and evidence.

So for all you lovely people worrying about appealing, I say go for it and send in as much information you can, letters from family and friends.

A great big massive thankyou to this site, all the MOD'S for the great work they do and to everyone on the B and W site for being so supportive because without all the help I have gained from this site, I would not have gone to Appeal in a million years and I certainly would'nt have known about appeals or how to go about it. thanks again BandW and mod's. I will list my
illnesses as know it will be one of the quastions you will be asking, you can imagine the extreme pain, discomfort and fatigue it causes me.
