ESA Form due in next week. Operation due was created by neilw
Hi my esa form is due in next week. I have many issues heart, asthma, biopolar bad arthritis.
However i have seen my surgeon last week, and been informed that i have to have tibia Knee osteotomy to realign the knee structure. This is instead of a knee replacement, due to age 45.
I will be going in hospital around october. The operation has a long recovery time. I am in agony at present. Is it likely i will still have to have a medical. Or Will this allow me to be in the support group until after op.
Thanks Neil

As to you being placed in the SG, have you identified that you meet one or more of the criteria? If you have and you can supply evidence to support this contention, then your chances are good. If not, have a look at our ESA claim guides as the SG criteria are listed.

I am afraid there are very few definitive situations when a claimant can avoid the ESA medical, and unfortunately there is plenty of time for one to be held before your operation.Hi my esa form is due in next week. I have many issues heart, asthma, biopolar bad arthritis.
