appeal

Hi Gordonbro58
I've found the document in question, the reference to appeals relates only to the Work Programme and not to WFIs.
Gordon
I think they amount to the same thing as the Work Programme is replacing Pathways to Work. I would presume the provider is the organization that provides the interviews as well as the activities like Pathways to Work.
However it does look like a proposed plan and I still haven't seen anything in the Regs, DWP guides or advice sources.
Regards
Derek

Derek,
Have you accessed the doc from the link, on my second but last post.?
So do you or Gordon think I could quote Page 37 A2.22,to the DWP if needed, or indeed other members.?
I think it would be helpful if we could get some clarity, but understand if you can't commit, due to not seeing relevant regulations.
Cheers.

I may be splitting hairs, but I thought the Work Programme represented the back end (no pun intended) of the WFI process.
So you would be referred to the Work Programme from a WFI, as I understood it, that was how the previous system worked.
However, the bottom line, as Derek says, is that this was a tender document for the Work Programme, and until we can find the policy in the actual ESA regulations, it doesn't count.

O.K. I'll leave you in pieces on this matter. LOL!!
I still think I'll try waving it about in front of the DWP if necessary.
Hopefully might have proper legislation to refer to, if and when needed.
cheers
