if you are demoted from the support group to working group and appeal against this decision do you contiue to get benefit and would you have to attend pathways to work interviews

If you are appealing to go into the support group, you will still receive your WRAG rate benefit, as that decision stands until it is scrutinised, first at automatic reconsideration, and then if necessary appeals tribunal.
Re: attending WFI's, as far as I know you can not be compelled to attend WFI's if appealing to go in to the support group.
I am sure that one of the Mods will correct me if I'm wrong.

Being placed into the WRAG would still mean that you have been found unfit to work, so if you appealed the Decision you would continue to receive this rate until you Tribunal is heard.if you are demoted from the support group to working group and appeal against this decision do you contiue to get benefit and would you have to attend pathways to work interviews

As to the Work Focussed Interviews, there has been discussion on on B&W and other forums that WFI's will be suspended while appealing, however, I have just gone hrough the relevant section of the Decision Makers Guide and this situation is not mentioned
Unless someone else can point me to a relevant document, I would have to say that they are still required.

Gordon,
It was discussed on this thread 3 months ago, and fedup provided the link on her post.
I actually downloaded a copy of the doc and have it in front of me, but can't seem to find it from the thread.
