We can't give reliable advice for overseas claims as they are covered by different rules and regs, but other members in your position may be able to provide information.
Good luck with your claim anyway.

Last week the dreaded letter arrived asking me to fill in the 28 page form, I have been on Inc Benefit for 3 yrs due to severe depression and fibro mylgia. I live in France so if I do get asked to attend a medical I will attend here due to the cost of going back to UK, has anyone else been in this situation?? If the worse comes and they say I no longer qualify for ESA and I will have to apply for job seekers allowance how does that work here in France ??

You might want to have a look at the following site with regard to claiming JSA abroad.
