Requesting Tribunal Paperwork was created by Pusscat
When asking for paperwork from an appeal tribunal, who do you send the letter to?
I'm slightly confused as my tribunal was heard in Havant, but the paperwork all comes from Cardiff.
I've already sent one to Cardiff, but need to know if I should send another one to my local office.
Thank you
Pusscat xx

Hi pusscat
I doubt you will need to send another one to Havant as that was where your appeal was heard, while from what you say Cardiff is the office dealing, I don't suppose it would hurt though just to make double sure. I'm hoping you sent it Recorded delivery and kept a copy.
Good luck

Hi Pusscat
You need to send the letter to the address of the office that sent you the decision. Alternatively you can maker a request by emailing the Tribunals Service but I think writing is preferable.
I would also recommend phoning in a few days to confirm that they received the request. From my experience the TS are not the most efficient at administration.
Good luck

Thanks for the advice.
I was planning on giving them a call next week to find out if they have got it.
No, I didn't send it recorded delivery. I usually do, but my dad posted it for me, and I wasn't able to get to the post office to do that.
I can do it if they haven't got it though, my husband will pop out on a Saturday if needs be.
Thanks
