After taking advice regarding my 11 week wait for a decision, I finally called and complained only to find that they have only just decided to contact my GP for a report! My GP is aware of my many problems and is supportive, lets just hope that things go my way. Thanks for all your advice.

Taking 11 weeks to decide they need further evidence sounds like grounds for a complaint in itself. You might want to consider contacting your MP and asking them to look into why you are receiving such a poor service at a time when the government are planning to cut staff numbers at the DWP.
